AEB-L has earned its reputation among custom makers for taking an incredibly fine edge while remaining easy to maintain, making it one of our favorite stainless steels for kitchen use.
Every knife is hand ground, hand finished, and assembled in-house. The satin blade finish highlights the craftsmanship while the faceted handle provides a secure, comfortable grip with a distinctive geometric profile that sets the Coffin Series apart.
